1. Aftercare and guarantee
Upon delivery of the project, we will ensure that you can get to work and that you are assured of the service you need. Our suppliers and subcontractors will explain how to use the various systems within the building. In addition, Unibouw gives a guarantee on the finished building. Our guarantee folder is part of this. This includes all the guarantee statements and record drawings.

2. Maintenance
For the maintenance of your business premises, you can make use of the services offered by the subcontractors who worked on the realisation of your building. They can offer you maintenance contracts directly.
