1. Site preparation
Before we can start the actual construction, we will make a number of preparations at the construction site. These involve utilities such as electricity, water, mobile office units, containers, site fencing and a webcam.
2. Groundwork, foundations and sewerage
We will then make the site ready for building and lay the foundation for your business premises.
The insulated foundation system is completely prefabricated, meaning we are able to start work quickly and do not need to wait for concrete to harden, and we are less dependent on the weather. As soon as the foundations have been laid, we will install the sewerage system.
3. Steel structure and upper floor
The spine of your building will be formed by steel load-bearing structures. This material is strong, high-quality and long-lasting. It also allows for extremely accurate and quick working. The choice of structure is determined by your schedule of requirements. Before proceeding with placing the exterior walls and the roof, we will install the prefab concrete upper floor, with a waterproof coating on the top. Thanks to the use of hollow-core slab floors, we are able to achieve large clear spans, while great floor loads are also possible. The steel structure below the floor will be given a fire-retarding finish.
4. Roof and exterior walls
We use a high-quality roof system that can be quickly fitted and provides excellent insulation. After the roof system has been fitted, the roof is made watertight. For this, we use a high-grade EPDM roof covering system, on which we give a minimum ten years guarantee. Thanks to the white finish on the inside, the roof also has excellent light-reflection properties, meaning that significantly less artificial light is required. We then quickly erect the exterior walls, which also have a white finish on the inside. The connections to the prefab foundation and between the exterior walls and roof elements are carefully matched up.
5. Frames, windows and doors
Once the frames, windows and doors have been fitted, your building is wind- and watertight. These well-made, high-quality aluminium products are low-maintenance, easy to clean and well insulated. Finally, we place the sturdy, well insulated industrial doors and any loading dock systems.
6. Ground floor floor
As soon as the building is wind- and waterproof, we will pour the floor on the ground floor. In addition to being long-lasting and wear-resistant, this will also be dust-resistant and low-maintenance and, if necessary, impermeable to liquids. The floor will also comply with the highest possible standard for flatness.
7. Systems
We will get to work on the complete electrical systems, such as lighting and various power supplies. We will install the emergency lighting, as well as extra lighting on the outside of the building. For heating, we will place gas-fired heaters suitable for use under all operating conditions. For fire safety, we will provide the required fire hose reels and other supplementary fire safety measures, such as a sprinkler system (if required) or a smoke and heat removal system. Rainwater will be efficiently removed from the roof to PVC standpipes.
8. Office layout
The office will be completely finished in accordance with your wishes and requirements in terms of comfort. The spaces will be provided with interior walls and ceiling systems, whereby we will finish the wet areas with wall and floor tiles. We will then provide the carpentry and paintwork and install the sewerage system and plumbing, followed by the sanitary fittings, heating, cooling, ventilation and electrical system in the office.
9. Site layout
One the finishing touches have been made to the interior of the building, we will place the paving, plants and shrubs and fencing around the site.
10. Cleaning
