Alongside the high level of knowledge and proven effectiveness of our team, we have a unique background in terms of the delivery of products and services. We are part of the Unicom holding company, which in turn is part of the Van Dijk Groep, a family business founded by Hendrik van Dijk, former managing director of Unidek. This company was founded in 1969 and went on to become one of the largest producers of EPS building products in Europe. The essential knowledge and experience obtained by Van Dijk during the past forty years is still applied by us in practice every day, and is constantly developing further. Thanks to these firm foundations, our managers are able to see the desired building through your eyes, allowing the design and realisation of your new business premises to be exactly what you require.

Successful and reliable
Reflecting on our growth since the foundation of our company, we are able to look back on a successful period built on a sound financial base. From Gemert in the province of Brabant, where our company has its headquarters, we have developed and implemented wonderful projects, providing a large number of customers, throughout the Netherlands, with a solid future in terms of their business accommodation.

Takeover
A new strategic move was made with the takeover of Unidek Volumebouw in the summer of 2008. We have taken over all activities geared to turnkey prefabricated building from Unidek. We also took over a number of employees of Unidek Volumebouw, thereby strengthening our team.

Market position
Developments are currently in full swing. Our commercial technical advisers are bringing in new building projects and the project managers are carrying out new orders. Creative, sustainable solutions are being thought up for undeveloped sites, and the flexible construction system is being further developed in close cooperation with reliable partners. At the same time, we are expanding the range of opportunities open to us in the areas of finance, climate neutral construction and activities such as service and maintenance. Our attention to detail, focus on your wishes, fulfilment of agreements and monitoring of healthy business practices makes us not only ‘unique in high-volume building’, but also exceptional and reliable in the manner in which we are able to hold on to our strong market position. We have now carried out more than one project for a number of customers, underlining once again the satisfaction of our customers.
